If you are here, you likely have landed here via my tweet to the writers participating in this project. If not, a quick explanation: a bunch of us aninerdlosers are doing one-episode blogging of Horizon on the Middle of Nowhere 2. Put another way, each of us will blog exactly one episode, without having watched anything else of it except for that one episode. Hilarity ensues (maybe. or just utter bafflement).
For the rest of you, i.e. the writers, I have a schedule below:
Caraniel (July 7)
The Patches (July 14)
Shinmaru (July 21)
Vuc (July 28)
EO (August 4)
JP (August 11)
Foshizzel (August 18)
Otou-san (August 25)
Emily (September 1)
Scamp (September 8)
Webster (September 15)
Day (September 22)
Emperorj (September 29)
Processr (alternate)
I picked the dates by drawing names out of a hat (no, really). If your assigned date doesn’t work for you for any reason, figure it out now, and hash over it in the comment section below with the other writers so you can switch. If this doesn’t work, contact me, and I’ll figure something out.
I will remind everyone that their episode is coming up; in the month of August, Katherine of Yuri no Boke will be sending out the reminders, as I have my annual military training for much of the month. Posts must be done by the end of Sunday, as the show airs on Saturdays; those who fail to do their post will be bumped to the end of the airing, and everyone else will move up. Don’t worry, I’ll let you know if the person before you flaked and you have to do their episode.
If you do not have a blog yourself (I think all of you do, though), I am happy to host your post; just let me know in advance.
Also, please be aware that the above schedule is not completely set in stone, as all airdates have yet to be officially released. I went off of the episodes for which we do have airdates and the fact that it is a thirteen episode series to figure out the calendar.
When we do start to have posts, I will link them on this page.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Ugh. So, here’s the thing: Starting on the 21st, I am not really available for about a month. If people would prefer, I could go sooner (take this weekend or next easily) or after the 11th of August. I’d LOVE to be a part of this but my schedule. @.@
Anyone want to take pity on me?
Are we supposed to do that week’s episode or just any episode?
Turns out I’m going to be at AnimeLoserCon in Baltimore the weekend of the 28th, so I won’t be able to have access to the episode that week. Anyone able to switch forwards or backwards?
August 4 sounds good. This will be…something.
Ah, didn’t realize I was signed in with my Sai Mecha ID. Obviously will be posting at T.H.A.T., not at Sai Mecha.
And I have the honour of starting things off……..yay me?
Wooooooooooooo! Sounds great! Any set length of post/word count? xD

Signing in here – it seems I’ve got an episode towards the end, which will be a laugh . I’ve read the Caraniel piece and it looks like the show has already dived off the deep end.

Just to confirm – I’m writing on episode 11, not 10?
Yes, eleven.
Right. Article up hopefully tonight, if not tomorrow. Such are the disadvantages of full-time work.

Article is here. A strange mix of bewilderment and an attempt to write something about the fight choreography.
